Hospital Housing
Is housing available?
Yes, apartments are available. Typically, housing will be arranged closest to the hospital where surgery is being conducted. This arrangement is made with Liz.
Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes. Cribs are not furnished and you may want to bring your pack-n-play with you for infants.
What is not supplied in the apartment?
Dish-soap, hand soap, shampoo, personal toiletries, etc.
What are the housing costs?
Studio - $125 US dollars
1 Bedroom - $150 US dollars
2 Bedroom - $200 US dollars
All tax is included in above housing costs.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in – 2 p.m.
Check-out – before 10 a.m.
You sign in with the doorman and receive the keys, when you check out you return the keys and sign out.
How is a housing reservation confirmed? Is a reservation number provided?
Rooms are held with a valid credit card number. A “Guest Services Confirmation of Reservation” form will be mailed to you by Real Estate Services. This confirmation must be presented to the housing Doorman at time of check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Contact Lisabel Vasquez at VBI or notify Real Estate Services at least 24 hours before check in.
