and reconstructive surgery, dermatology, pediatric hematology-oncology, pediatrics
and patient advocacy.

	Milton Waner, MD, BCh(Wits.), FCS(SA) Milton Waner, MD, BCh, FCS(SA), is a pediatric facial plastic surgeon and is a Director of the Vascular Birthmark Institute at the Beth Israel Hospital in NY. Dr. Waner earned his M.D., B.Ch. degree at the University of Witwatersrand Medical School in Johannesburg, South Africa.
